Shipping policy

At Hobby Odyssey, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below: 

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Timeframes:

Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped via a trusted carrier and typically arrives within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier.

P.O. Box Restrictions:

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for delivery. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box may be delayed or canceled.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@hobbyodyssey.store so we can investigate and expedite a resolution.

Shipping Locations:

We currently only ship from and within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
